Schar gluten-free, wheat free Fusilli: Pretty good, kids didn't notice a difference.
Schar gluten-free, wheat free Clasic White Rolls: nasty. Dry as a bone. Bleeech. And it's March 8th but the package says they don't expire til June 1st.....perhaps that's part of the problem, 'eh? I think there is a gluten-free bakery in Sandy. If I have time tomorrow I'm going to check it out.
